In this video, there's a scene where a certain politician is walking surrounded by multiple bodyguards, and suddenly a man who appears to be of Arab descent shows up and delivers a precise punch to the face. It grazes past (or slips through) the bodyguards** and lands squarely on the politician's face as intended. It was a blow that the bodyguards should have easily blocked under normal circumstances, but for some reason, it went straight through unchecked. The man who threw the punch got away immediately and hasn't been caught yet, he's still on the run (wanted status). Meanwhile, the politician who got hit fell flat on his back and couldn't get up right away. Because of that, the people around had plenty of time, quite a long stretch, to take photos or shoot videos. That's all just what I saw, written down as is. I've added no extra interpretations or stories.
