On Monday in Crete Township, Illinois, a 30-year-old woman shot and killed 54-year-old Stacy Forde, 32-year-old Jacob Lambert, and 55-year-old Patrick Forde. Authorities said the shooter had an on/off relationship with Jacob and they had children together.
