Upon the start of every new project, New Ways holds consultations workshop with communities benefiting from our services. In preparation for the launch of our new protection program, NWO held consultation meetings with communities in Buurhakaba informing them about the program.

Today, a joint mission from @unicefsomalia, @MoH_SWSS and the Southwest Ministry of Energy visited New Ways Dayax Health Centre in Barawe for a monitory tour to assess the service delivery process. New Ways is thankful to our partners for their continued support and visit.

Today, UNICEF Somalia representative Sandra Lattouf visited Dhusamareb Primary School in Galmudug State. The purpose of the visit was to oversee the ongoing JRP education activities and inspect the newly constructed Early Childhood Education classrooms that NW has co-implemented.

In an alarmingly staggering 6.5 million people in Somalia face acute hunger in 2026 according to the latest UN IPC assessment. Severe drought and rising costs demand urgent global action to prevent a catastrophe in Somalia. We join the humanitarian call for urgent relief action.
