I spent the day changing my landing page yesterday. I was so confused why conversions suddenly dipped. Now I don’t know if I should go back to the old landing page. Hah.

Oh god, I've been posting like a maniac for the past few days and was seeing 0 conversions. Turns out my analytics dashboard was bugging 🤦‍♂️A relief, I was beginning to feel worried 😅

This is literally such a great platform to just pop in between claude prompts.

A few days ago, I made my way back to X after not being on the platform for a few months. I had 13 followers. Now I'm nearly at 50 followers. Not a huge number, but just want to say I appreciate you all and the community here! Cheers to success 🥂🎉

Dude, adding a notification hook in Claude Code has been a game changer. I can switch windows and not have to worry if Claude needs my attention or not because it'll just ping me if it does or if its done.

@newworldkhaled marketing mode tends to pay off faster than building mode at day 38, particularly if what you have works. the question is usually less 'what strategy' and more 'how many people have actually seen it clearly explained.'

Day 38 of building my SaaS: I haven't had a single sign-up for 3 days. I'm now debating whether my strategy is right anymore. I don't know whether I need to build more, or just go all-out marketing mode. It's hard to come up with creative marketing strategies, when you're focusing on the product. No matter how much AI you have you could always use another human mind to help you out!

I used to have this status bar on my site showing my goal for user count, and how much I had at the moment. Removed it because I lowkey thought it was a little embarrassing. Where do you stand on having a status bar like this? I think it's a good idea for building in public. Signals trustworthiness.
