What happened A failure in one of our core servers triggered a chain reaction across multiple services. Recent security and isolation improvements unintentionally increased the impact of this issue. Timeline (EET / UTC) • 01:45 / 23:45 – Issue detected • 01:48 / 23:48 – Services impacted • 01:52 / 23:52 – Response started • 02:15 / 00:15 – Fix applied • 10:00 / 08:00 – Fully restored What we’re doing next We’re strengthening service isolation, adding redundancy, and improving monitoring and recovery systems to reduce the risk of this happening again.
