@The_RareBird My constant adrenaline and cortisol with stress and anxiety definitely played a part in this "new" blockage. Trying to learn a new approach to things is difficult but necessary for me now.

@nfldrigworker They know when something is off. Our heart journey a bit different. Paul’s family has an uncontrollable cholesterol issue. Diet, meds nor exercise can reverse the plaque build up. Most men die before 65 in his family. He takes every day as his last. Cause it could be. Enjoy it 👇

@kaebee23 No. I had stents and was lucky to have very little heart damage.

@nfldrigworker Are you doing the heart rehab course? Hubs found that good for getting back after he had his chest cracked open.

@kaebee23 I am feeling really good, just looking to get into a better routine, and my dog doesn't leave my side.

@nfldrigworker Go for a walk!! My husband had a quadruple bipass a few years ago. He was on the golf course a few weeks after. Not full strength, but he was there.

@The_RareBird Thanks for asking. Still getting used to the new normal with meds, side affects and lifestyle, but better each day. Looking forward to getting outside once this relentless winter ends.

Twitter has been a dumpster fire. Local, national and international news is off the hook. Was going to walk away from all SM but then comes @timtoksherry they are AWESOME!!

This is great news, however I think the folks working on these exploration amd drilling rigs should get comparable compensation to FPSO and production platforms while on the Grand Banks. Same ocean, helicopter rides, vessels and dangers, but they will be paid a much lower rate.
