I am so done with @nfmtweets 4 damn times that they've had to replace my sectional pieces, and today, they brought the wrong piece. broken pieces, dirty as hell pieces, this time, just the whole wrong item. HOW ARE YOU SO BAD AT THIS?! i regret furnishing my house with you!
@nfmtweets if an item is to be installed today and you didn't get your shipment it would be nice to know via text/email/phone call... (something) so we aren't waiting around from 7am to 7pm for a truck that isn't coming. You have a hole in your process.
