💯 Let me tell you a little story about rushing, fat fingering, having good friends and being APART of the BEST CLUB in the world. Yeah I'm an idiot and was listing my floor ape with this ape, I pushed Floor price on blur and than adjusted by floor ape up .4 and forgot to adjust this ape to 36.69E I listed this ape at floor, I noticed within 15 seconds but @cryptotobi was faster and had faster gas than my cancel. I freaked out, then I saw who bought it and Tobi and I have done deals in the past so... I explained what happened and offered him .3 to return the ape... He agreed 💯 he didn't HAVE to... but in our small Ape flipper circle... there's an unwritten, unspoken about code of honor... we look out for each other. Today Tobi looked out for me, I'm sure in the future I can look out for him and hope this serves as a reminder for everyone. Yeah, making money and ETH is cool, but we are building something long term here, no reason to burn bridges... look out for each other, have each others back and always do the right thing. At every stage of a business there are "leaks" or "optimizers" that can either SAVE or increase revenue. For example for a construction company think of all the steps to make money Attracting a client, closing a client, legal agreements, contractor hiring, materials/tool cost, engineers, landscaping, project management. At each of these stages there is a way to save them or make them money. For example if you had an AI bot that automatically kept tabs on and reported on the cheapest materials on the market and bought them for the company you'd cut logistics, material cost etc... On a 10 million $$ job that is 50-100k+. You can then easily charge 5-10k for access to the AI.
