GM Squad! Are you ready for 2024? This is the year to make Ale & Axes, our browser game, even better with the upcoming Expansion Pack "Beyond God' Trench". Let's start by taking a brief look at the current core mechanics of Ale & Axes. Our initial NFT collection, "Tavern Squad Adventurers," was released in December 2021, and since then, we've been working on gamifying our project. What started as a pretty basic gamified staking platform is now moving in the direction of a browser game! All our NFTs got assigned a class and an attribute, and based on their traits, they additionally got buffs and a Tier. These stats are very important for our browser game and will get further utility as we launch new features for Ale & Axes! Since our Beta launch in December 2022, the NFTs, or as we call them Adventurers, can now be sent on raids to collect rewards. Per raid, you can send up to 3 Adventurers. Their class is crucial to counter enemies and boost the success chance of the raid. Additionally the buffs which can be found on rarer Adventurers will help to further boost your raid Squad. After you start a raid, there is no further action needed until the raid is finished. Once it's finished, you can reveal the result and collect the potential rewards. While this mechanic is pretty fun already, we totally understand that this might not be enough for every player... That's why we are super thrilled to work on Beyond God's Trench! A free expansion pack that will add a lot more things to do in Ale & Axes, such as a new Combat System, Professions, Enchanting, Factions & much more.
