They have stopped Vodafone and 02 which was the preferred option but apparently it has been disabled hopefully MTN fix this issue and take it seriously

The USPF plays a critical role in advancing inclusive connectivity by facilitating access to telecommunications services in unserved and underserved communities across the country; bridging the digital divide, empowering rural populations, and supporting socio-economic development through ICT. As I assume this responsibility, I remain committed to supporting the Fund’s mandate of expanding digital access, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring that no Nigerian is left behind in our journey towards a fully connected nation.
