Culture is created by the daily actions of those within the school.

Trust has two dimensions: competence and integrity. We can forgive mistakes of competence. Mistakes of integrity are harder to overcome.

Leadership is hard- it requires knowledge, courage & integrity. Mr. @terrynebelsick was my administrator, predecessor, colleague, and is a mentor and friend. I’m proud of his passionate and eloquent message on behalf of SD students, teachers and communities.

As always, I respect the insight & integrity of my colleagues and friends @ Mr. Nebelsick and Mr Willard. Good men with a lifetime of service and champions for children and education. We should not play politics with public education.

We need more of this and less self absorbed arrogance in college coaching.

Any Square, Any Time! I was able to showcase my 4Square Skills I picked up on the playgrounds of @dps_nd and Jefferson Elementary! A lot of trash talking and rule enforcement, good to see not much has changed with this should be Olympic sport😀
