I was finally able to get into the @Tesla repair shop in San Rafael. Which one would think would be a pretty seamless experience, they advertise Tesla rental cars. When I arrived and after I was told a week and a half for repairs, they said no rental cars available. I asked if I could come back, when there was one available, the worker made it seem like this was impossible, long waitlist, yada yada.... but they can get me an enterprise rental, where the only cars available are either insanely expensive or feel like some kind of outdated death traps posing as cars. Now i’m stuck with the death trap for the next 10 days or so… @elonmusk the worker told many people, in the time I was there, the same story. It seems you need more rental cars at your service centers or don’t offer the service. Dumping me off at the enterprise rental idiot circus was not cool.
