We have been told that nobody in Aer Lingus is answering the phone in the destination airport, told that nobody is responding to our asks for updates. What’s going on?

@AerLingus can someone help please? We are having one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had. My daughter’s bag was not put in her flight on Friday 14th. It was put in the next flight. Are Lingus Cust Services cannot tell us where the bag is, when it will arrive etc
