This House Flip will make me 100k in less than 90 days UPDATE :We are three weeks into our flip and we made a lot of progress in the last 7 days My partner sent me a photo of the property and I asked if it was a new deal 😂 I love how much of a difference paint can make We removed some walls and really opened up the space I think this is really going to bring the house together and cater to more of an open concept which will be more desirable for our end buyer The popcorn ceiling is scraped and in the next few days the interior will be painted and the master bedroom reframed Chimney is cleared out and the dry wall is patched up for the most part I expect to see a lot of progress this week, 65 days left in our original timeline Ambitious but doable where I like to land Excited to see how this one ends!
