The Hawks showed up and showed out at the 32-5A District Championships—bringing home BOTH the Girls AND Boys Team Titles! 🏆🏆 This was a total team effort, countless PRs, medals, and big-time performances across the board. Proud of every athlete who stepped up and represented.

Some records stand for decades…until someone decides to chase greatness. Sophia Galan did just that at the 2026 RGVCA Meet of Champions, breaking TWO @HCISD_Athletics records in the 800m and 1600m run. 800m- 2:17.36 set in 1990 ➡️ 2:14.58 1600m- 5:12.52 set in 2023 ➡️ 5:06.09
