sesame white chocolate cookie! recipe by eric king altered the recipe slightly bc i was out of stuff (oopsie teehee) but it came out amazing! also made them way larger than intended. will prolly make them again soon the proper way 👍

in october 2021 i had such a transcendently good piece of pumpkin pie w/ a dense texture. i got obsessed with trying to recreate it every fall for the next three years. anyway, i finally nailed it. here's the recipe–pumpkin pie with orange zest and cardamom whipped cream

I saw an IG recipe reel for a Finnish salmon soup called Lohikeitto and I made it tonight! It’s creamy and made with leeks and fish broth & the richness is cut with lemon zest and dill!

cinnamon-maple cake with an apple filling like those pie fillings! 🍎🍏 the cake is somehow completely gone now.. only lasted one morning... thank u to everyone who enjoys my cakes 😭 will have to try making it again (i did not write down the recipe though oops)
