The #ohiobudget #OHbudget from the Senate is just plain mean spirited - taking food out of kids mouths to pay for tax cuts for the wealthiest Ohioans. Where is the moral leadership? Where is compassionate conservatism?

At the Ohio Statehouse, limiting witness testimony to 5 min & ending hearings before all can testify was once rare. Now it’s becoming the norm as GOP chairs of committees desire less citizen participation, not more. See also: Illegal gerrymandering; gutting ballot initiatives

Episcopalians, Lutherans, Methodists, Catholics, Disciples, etc. etc. etc. etc. showed up today to connect our faith to the existing injustices in our world.
