Absolutely nothing. It is not a reasonable war goal or strategic goal to prevent a country of 93 million people capable of building its own automobile, rocket, satellite, and nuclear programs from having basic industrial capabilities now or in the future. In fact it is insane.

Karl Popper is fascinating because his theory if followed through is completely destructive to scientific research, but he himself was actually sincere. He was calling evolution a fake science, trying to disprove quantum theory and crafting ridiculous experiments to test theories

I see little attention to Karl Poppers critique of Marxism. One critique is simply that Marxism is simply unfalsifiable and is thus not scientific. The other one is much more sophisticated: Marxism is explicitly historicist, it claims it can predict the course of history
