Now, in 18 years when all of this comes out, this money, what is it going to be? And you need to give people money while the child is growing. You can't just hand them $18 million -- $18,000 and say go to school. You can't do that.

She falsely claims Republican "don't have a lot" of legislatures where they're the majority. In reality, they control the legislatures in 28 states (a majority of states), and in 23 states where they control both chambers and the governorship.
