UNISON reps Jordan and Callum talking to colleagues today about the Pay Fair for Patient Care campaign. Many HCAs in our trust are being paid as a B2, whilst being expected to do duties which truly would qualify them to be a B3. This is not fair. #PayFairForPatientCare
