@Zamby_YT @ConnorYhMan Had to switch to hours played now cause your previous statement was disproved 😂 I played a lot with friends, and played enough to know where it ranks amongst the others. It’s not a bad game, just not great
English

@nick_ar_ @ConnorYhMan i played bo1 and bo2 in their primes and advanced movement wasn't that bad. people who hate it just sucked at the games
English

@Zamby_YT @ConnorYhMan I don’t. It’s just objectively true that any game with advanced movement is worse than most other cods. Only those who never experienced the prime days of cod (cod 4 - bo2) say otherwise

@SP2Ks @Nexzyyyyy @painlol___ I still remember helping out with that cade thumbnail 😂 you did great that year, going down in the history books
English

and a special thanks for @nick_ar_ @Nexzyyyyy @painlol___ and everyone else in that server (can’t find the other @‘s) for making me a better creator ❤️
love y’all

@RisingPhoenix40 @CalmarPlays From my memory, those tricks pissed me off too. They’re really inconsistent
English

@CalmarPlays @nick_ar_ did it on the PS5 so it must be possible?

@ItsSatiire If you’re talking about the cod one. Have you tried captain price for the thumbnail? He’s the face of the mw games

I’m going to get a little personal for a second, because I feel like my story could encourage some if not a lot of you.
I started creating content in December of 2020. ZERO clue what I was doing. I sucked at talking in front of a camera. All I did was stream warzone and make dumb Call of Duty TikToks.
I had no idea how I was going to make it happen.. but I knew I was going to turn this into a career. Because I fell in love with it immediately.
At the time we had just had our first son, and I was working at one of the biggest steel mills in the world. It was a 6 figure job my dad actually got for me because he worked at the same plant.
I started working there when I was 18, and I hated every single second I was there. I hated my boss, I hated the work, I hated the drive, I hated the smell, I didn’t care for the people, and I was tired of being treated like shit. Like I was just a number.
I knew my life was meant for more than to just clock in and clock out.
In September of 2021, I walked out on them after 5 years of service. I was done. I couldn’t do it anymore.
I ended up taking a job at a small oil refinery making half the money. HALF. But I KNEW that content was going to take off. I was becoming more confident in my abilities, I was starting to really find my identity as a creator.
But I’d be lying if I said things weren’t rough for a few months. The cut in pay hurt us. It was stressful. My wife and I took it out on each other. But I PROMISED her that we wouldn’t be living paycheck to paycheck much longer. Promised her she would be home with the kids one day, and wouldn’t even have to work.
Fast forward a year. Things are going okay, I’m making a little bit of money. But not what I needed to make things comfortable for us. I was also becoming pretty unhappy making Call of Duty content.. because the game wasn’t fun to me anymore and I felt like what I was doing just wasn’t working.
So scrolling YouTube one night shift, I came across a Platinum trophy video. From a little guy named NickAR (you may have heard of him)
I binged his whole channel, and then found other platinum trophy creators and achievement hunters to binge as well. I was immediately filled with anxious excitement. Because I KNEW that this was the one. This is what I’d be good at. So I got to work on my first Platinum trophy video on a game called Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. (What’s wrong with me idk)
Up to this point, I never had a long form video with over 5k views. Right now as I’m typing this, that Valhalla video has 1.5 million views.. and changed the entire trajectory of both my channel and my financial situation.
Since then, I’ve made more money this year than I ever have in my life. I average every month almost 3 months salary at my job. Because of the views and my amazing representation at Dulcedo, every video is sponsored, which means even more money
My wife’s last day of work was 2 weeks ago. My last day of work is coming.
I say all this to say.. DO NOT STOP. Your breakthrough is RIGHT THERE. When you want to quit, that’s when you should keep going. Your passion can make you money, you just have to be patient and keep working.
Keep fighting. It will be worth it. I promise.
