Both the 4-h and 6-h TRF groups had similar results because they had similar caloric restriction (~550 kcal/day) so TRF is another potential tool to achieve a caloric deficit.

Make sure you are taking the right actions daily to hit your intended target. On the range or at the dining table, the goal should always be to avoid a negligent discharge or in the case of the table ➡️ negligent intake 🍩. Stay active, sleep well, eat smart.

Only 1.3% of all research projects supported by NIH in recent years focused on the role of diet in the prevention or treatment. By focusing more of our resources on being nutritionally proactive, we not only can save in health care costs but have a more healthy and ready force.

30g CHO gels with 2:1 Glucose to Fructose ratio every 15 minutes The higher CHO intake group performed significantly better on post-testing of neuromuscular fatigue so a Tactical Athlete would be better recovered for a follow-on mission.
