🚨 BREAKING: Chip Roy just laid out his strategy for moving the SAVE America Act through the Senate.
His argument is simple. Force a real, standing filibuster instead of allowing quiet procedural blocks. Make opponents hold the floor and publicly defend their position.
Under current Senate rules, if debate is sustained and the opposition eventually yields, the bill could advance with a simple majority, with the Vice President breaking a tie if necessary.
Roy’s message was clear. If senators oppose voter ID and proof of citizenship requirements, they should explain that directly to the American people in open debate.
