We’re stranded at Shippea Hill, a remote part of the UK, after a major delay on the Norwich-Stansted route. We’ve missed our flight, no refund, and are in 6°C with two young kids and all our luggage trying to work out how to get back to Ireland @greateranglia #GreaterAnglia
