Question for England fans... if we beat France and finish third, would you genuinely be happy? Of course I'd rather end the tournament with a win than another defeat, and beating France would show character. But if I'm honest, it still wouldn't heal the pain. We were so close to a World Cup final, and that's what will always hurt. Third place is respectable, but this England team is good enough to dream bigger.
