I am all for rules experimentation by the NBA during summer league. It's the perfect testing ground. But if the league has any intention of bringing this "one free throw" change to the big show, the competition committee better put the kibosh on it immediately.

Yaxel gives himself a B after his first NBA summer game. He was mad at missing a few defensive rotations — but he’s pleased with the way he shot the ball from deep. He said Moody, Podz and Horford have helped him get comfortable in his first few days with the Warriors.
