Hi Nick, you should receive your online banking details, new card and pin in the post within 5-7 working days of the account opening date. This will then allow you to access your account online. Please note, there could be a slight delay with this due to the bank holidays. You can also access your account in any of our branches with ID or over the phone with us on 0330 9 123 123. Hi Nick. We ask this information so we can understand how the account will be used. As regulated bank we are required to get obtain this information. @virginmedia Hi. So Internet not working. Messaged on WhatsApp. They said there is an outage but they were having difficulties and to message back in an hour in the meanwhile they ended the conversation. I'm trying to reconnect but my place in the queue is actually going backward

@TravelodgeUK Hey there. A few complaints about our stay at manchester piccadilly..........no room ready despite paying for 12pm check in. Only towels for one person in room. Key cards expired after first day. Music channels don't work in room. Pretty disappointing overall.

@nickholding01 Aldi says its Powerforce washing up liquid (4 varieties) is safe for vegans. 151 says Elbow Grease washing up liquid is also safe (they say there are no animal ingredients and no animal testing has been carried out).
