@aleksthgrt I think the State Duma still does not understand that neither the Ukrainian Gov nor the West gives a shit about Ukrainians. But they very much care playing the victim and getting money from the European tax payers for that. I don't know, I think RU political elite sucks.

@RWApodcast The only way for Russia is to increase the efficiency of its army sharply. These threats wont work. The West/Ukraine can always escalate gradually. They can send just few drones with small explosives. What will RU do, kill 10000 citizens that West or Ukr Gov doesnt care anyway?

Russians With Attitude@RWApodcast·
Whatever you believe about Russian deterrence and willingness to act on her own threats, all previous threats of this nature were deliberately kept extremely vague and unspecific. "Appropriate measures will be taken in response" (the usual stuff) vs "Massive missile strike against downtown Kiev, civilians and foreign diplomats GTFO if you want to live" is a huge rhetorical escalation that we have not seen before in this war
Russians With Attitude@RWApodcast

Russian Ministry of Defence: "Should the Kiev regime attempt to carry out its criminal designs with the aim of disrupting the celebration of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will deliver a retaliatory, massive missile strike against the center of Kiev. Russia, notwithstanding the capabilities at its disposal, has hitherto refrained from such actions on humanitarian grounds. We hereby warn the civilian population of Kiev and the personnel of foreign diplomatic missions of the need to leave the city in good time."

@DaedeTheDJ @Jennnyyyyyy another way to do it is using blindly algebra: x * y = 28 y - x = 3 x + y = z --- y - x = 3 => y2 + x2 - 2xy = 9 => y2 + x2 -56 = 9 => y2 + x2 = 9 + 56 = 65 z2 = x2 + y2 + 2xy = x2 + y2 + 56 = 65 + 56 = 121 sqrt(121) = +-11

For the first time, an IDF Merkava Mk. 4 has been lost to an FPV drone. Seen here, a Hezbollah FPV flies right into the anti-drone cage, which does nothing to prevent an ammunition cookoff, likely destroying the tank.

@YuriPodolyaka Maybe its time Putin to fire all the incompetent / corrupted officials around him (including Shoigu and co) or step down. For example, It is already 5 years that he keeps the same chief of staff without having delivered any great results, this is very very bad practice.

The destabilization of Russia's internal situation (on examples): everything is just like in 2013 in Ukraine... It so happened that I was out of contact for more than a day, and during that time I "missed" many "interesting events". Some of them, moreover, are extremely important for understanding not only the current situation, but also what awaits us in the very near future. I'm talking again about the opponent's efforts to destabilize the situation in the country (in addition to the clumsy actions of some representatives of our authorities). And now on specific examples. Two days ago, information about an alleged panic in Tuapse began to be massively thrown into our blogosphere. It was said that the local population was almost forcibly being driven into their homes due to the catastrophic environmental situation in the city (this was due to the consequences of oil and oil products burning). What actually happened (after clarification)? Yes, the situation in the city after the strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is very difficult. But this was an obvious disinformation (which was dispelled, among other things, by bloggers in the city). Meanwhile, it was partially picked up by our blogosphere. As a result, a new agitation of the population. Which is exactly what the opponent wanted to achieve. This is one example. There is another (also recent). Now the disinformation is being produced through Ukrainian pro-war bloggers. Who, a couple of weeks ago, suddenly all together began to "strongly worry" (for some reason) about the level of losses in the Russian Armed Forces. Before, they "didn't care", and now they are writing posts about this as if under a copy. And they are making "hints" that this will soon "turn the situation on the front". The meaning of the disinformation is also clear. The losses in the war in Ukraine are huge. Both for the opponent and for us. Because the intensity of the battles is off the charts (as are the stupidities). And the nerves of the fighters are at the limit. And whoever breaks first, loses. And it's extremely important to convince the opponent that everything is bad. Hence the zeal of the bloggers from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the hope that this show of "unanimity" will make our blogosphere pick up these narratives too. These are just two vivid examples of how the opponent is preparing (in my calculations for August-September) a "Maidan" in Russia. My opponents can laugh and smile as much as they want... ...By the way, when in December 2013, I, among others, told the "Maidaners" in Sumy and Kiev that there would be blood, a lot of blood (that they were being prepared for sacrifice), they also smiled and made fun of me. And they replied that I was exaggerating, that nothing like that would happen, and that we shouldn't scare them (in the sense of trying to save the Yanukovych regime). That everything would be peaceful and orderly, and then they would have "salaries of 1,000 euros and pensions of 500 euros". And these sheep were 100% sure that it couldn't be otherwise. And even more, the Sumy "Maidaners" were 100% sure of the existence of those two students from the Pedagogical Institute, who were allegedly raped by the "Donetsk inhumans" who came to the city to defend the Yanukovych regime and were hiding in the dormitories. Who no one saw, but who were seen by "acquaintances of acquaintances". Because of whom, in fact, the notorious events in Sumy began. But interestingly, after the victory of the "Maidan", they were never found. Neither one nor the other. And no traces of their stay either. And no one was looking for them either. Because the desired effect, for which all this nonsense was invented, had already been obtained. And led to the expected result. >>

Fighting is more complex than it seems why behind every "pair" stands a hundred invisible hands When people talk about small assault groups, they usually imagine two or three fighters moving forward almost blindly. In reality, an assault pair or trio is only the tip of a large and complex mechanism. Behind them stand dozens of people: backup drone operators, electronic warfare specialists, FPV drone crews, supply teams, observation posts, and "small sky" air defense groups. One "Mavic" is no longer enough — drones get shot down, signals are jammed, batteries run out. Every few hundred meters of advance requires enormous coordinated effort and resources. In the new video we explain what small assault group operations really look like in modern warfare and how hundreds of people support just one sortie.

2. Nadya's biography is no less eloquent. She holds two university degrees. In the early 2000s, she moved to the United States, where she spent six years working in IT. This was followed by 13 years in Argentina. Living on other continents shaped her confidence, independence, and inner strength, which, she says, later proved very useful in a male-dominated environment. "And everything would have been fine until they started attacking Russia abroad," Phoenix recalls. "You watch the news and see our country is to blame for everything. I regained my sense of identity, which had gradually eroded. I listened to our songs, especially from the Soviet era—"Dark Night," "We Need One Victory." In 2023, I finally realized it was time; the Motherland was calling. Moreover, I firmly decided that I would go to war." Nadezhda returned, according to her, to a different country—not the one she left. Calm, attractive, polite, and significantly more economically advanced. A few days later, she was already in UAV school. Her technical mindset allowed her to quickly master the pilot's profession. She passed her exams with flying colors. She immediately made friends, a rarity in foreign lands. And soon she was training new recruits at a special school. Her service on the front lines, an extremely rare occurrence for women, was a special experience. She spent a whole year near Krynki as a squad leader, in trenches and dugouts, alongside everyone else. She commanded six operators and engineers. She could have been turned away from the LBS, but, as Nadezhda explains, she found a regiment commander who took her experience into account, listened to her wishes—not to sit in the rear—and, most importantly, was unbiased toward women. "The army hardly recognizes us as fully-fledged and fully-fledged military personnel," the interviewee shares. "So you have to prove your worth. You have to study and be competent in everything, so that no one can slap you with their qualifications, or treat you with condescension or bias." The unit's job involved using FPV drones to target identified targets on the opposite bank of the Dnieper. The average flight altitude was 200-300 meters, and the river crossing took just a few minutes. Duties lasted 12 hours, with a rotation of one week on and one week off. Nadezhda, call sign Phoenix There, Phoenix learned to shoot a shotgun to fend off the "birdies." She was caught in dirty skies more than once. Once, trying to escape, she jumped into a neighboring dugout: "Guys, kamikaze!" The men were shocked—they had no idea the girl was in the neighborhood. Among Nadezhda's recent tasks, she cites so-called civilian missions—monitoring the destruction in Sudzha and compiling a detailed damage map. For this work, she was awarded a medal from the Kursk Region Governor. "If I see wounded or those providing aid, I don't attack. That's fundamental to me." Nadezhda speaks without pomp about the upcoming March 8th; her best gift is for kamikaze drones to disappear and for no one else to have to operate them.

👩🪖 There are still not many girls performing combat tasks in the zone of the Special Military Operation. Thread 1 / 2 However, colleagues admit: in working with UAVs, women often turn out to be particularly attentive, patient, and cool-headed - and therefore effective. ❗️A vivid example is Eva, a UAV technician of the "Gorca" unit of the "Akhmat" Special Forces. 👉 Her story is here, in a special report by "Izvestia". 📣 Spoiler: soon we will show you both Eva and... her husband - a fighter of "Akhmat" with the call sign "Fartovy". The everyday life of the assault unit. The "Gorca" unit of the "Akhmat" Special Forces 💬 In Telegram t.me/GoretsOtryad Everything about the "Akhmat" Special Forces - from our commander, Apti Aronovich Alaudinov: Telegram t.me/AptiAlaudinovA… | VKontakte vk.com/aptialaudinova… | RuTube rutube.ru/channel/300252… | Max max.ru/AptiAlaudinovA… ☝️☝️☝️💪💪💪⛰ 🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺💪💪💪🇷🇺 🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🇷🇺 🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊 💪 iz.ru/2053129/sergei… > Love and Robots: Why Women Join the Special Military Operations FPV firmware, mastering a shotgun, crossing the Dnieper, the map of Sudzha, and other aspects of women's work on the front lines—in Izvestia's report March 5, 2026 by Sergey Prudnikov Women performing combat missions in the Special Military Operations Zone are still few in number. However, fellow soldiers admit: when operating UAVs, women often prove particularly attentive, diligent, and cool-headed—and therefore effective. Izvestia's special correspondent spoke with service members with the call signs Eva and Phoenix about their service and what they hope their March 8th celebration will be like. Newlywed fellow soldiers Dina, a 22-year-old Muscovite, volunteered for the Special Military Operations Zone in 2023. Eva is a UAV technician for the Gorets [commander] unit of the Akhmat special forces. "There are four sisters in the family, and I'm the eldest," she says of herself. "As a child, I watched the Soviet film 'The Dawns Here Are Quiet,' and it left a lasting impression on me. I consider it the best war film, and I always couldn't help but imagine myself playing the heroines." Eva and the cat named Savely, given to her at the front in 2025. From the start of hostilities in 2022, Eva followed the events, and her heart ached—she wanted to help, to participate. The decision, she says, came quickly: "I have to go." A UAV school in Luhansk responded. Eva completed training, then spent several months assisting the instructors. Later, she signed a contract with the Akhmat unit. The first was for a year, then extended it. Now she's coming to the end of her second tour of duty. Her family reacted differently to the decision. Her mother and grandmother were horrified. But her father and grandfather, a retired military man, supported her. Over time, the whole family joined in: her father works with humanitarian aid, and her sisters weave camouflage nets. Eva is responsible for preparing FPV drones—repairing, flashing, and tuning them. Her tools are a knife, tweezers, and a soldering iron. She prepares up to 30 "birdies" per shift, which are immediately sent to the front lines. She's not allowed on the combat line of contact (CLC). She says she's worried about it, but has no other options, especially after getting married—Fartovy said he wouldn't let her in under any circumstances. But she regularly sees him off. For March 8th, Eva would like to receive flowers from her loved one. She also found a new soldering station on the marketplace. And she's hoping for a day off: sometimes, she says, you need to forget everything, relax, and take care of yourself as a woman. Nadezhda, call sign Phoenix, is an experienced FPV operator and instructor. >>
