@asburxd @Warcraft Your points are valid. I don't know if any player has improved to R1 level from VOD reviews. It is only by playing with/against higher caliber players does one improve. I don't believe the MMR system does that well though. It would be interesting to hear others' experiences.

Repeating here what I said in our discord... I believe @Warcraft has reached a point where coaching is required for competitive play. Just like any other sport

First wow game mode I can remember where finding a tank is easier than a dps. 1 tank does the work of 5 dps in raid (probably more). Wonder how big these buffs are going to be.
