In the industry we call it “Credential Washing”. Make no mistake, people will and probably have died because of it. It’s a shame because I have worked with some amazing Foreign doctors who went through the process correctly. This cheapens their struggle. By the way, is anybody ever going to talk about how we ended up here? Maybe when the American medical Association decided to cut class sizes in half for graduating physicians? Maybe when the AMA decided that they weren’t going to build another school, even though the baby boomer generation was starting to push up and is going to need more care? I mean, just generally speaking did you know that when a patient becomes 55 they go from an average of one visit a year to three visits a year? And when they turn 68 they go from an average of three visits a year to five visits a year? So if you had a wave of aging patients, wouldn’t you want to be prepared for those? Oh yeah, and we’re generally living longer than when they made these decisions back in the 80s so the population of care is actually increasing almost exponentially. Hey, but what do I know? The other sad part about this entire thing is that if I put a gif of a hot nurse, I’m far more likely to have both men and women actually try and read this thing that could help them. By the way, according to Stanley McChrystal uses this to highlight the scale of the problem in complex systems like healthcare, comparing it to more visible causes of death at the time (based on late-1990s data): • More people died annually from medical errors than from motor vehicle accidents (43,458 deaths). • More than from breast cancer (42,297 deaths). • More than from AIDS (16,516 deaths). That was before the credential washing crisis. Those of us that have been in HEALTHCARE for a day or two we’re all nodding our heads and going yeah. I’d be fascinated to know where I got this wrong by the way. I’m always excited to learn to grow an adaptive.

TEXAS SENATE RACE: One of the best examples of why SOS Nelson and Gov Abbott ought to stop fighting the Texas Republican Party's effort to close its primaries to Democrats is how they elevated James Talarico to a contender for Cornyn's US Senate seat. Talarico helped Democrats install their preferred Texas House Speaker over Republican objections. Dustin Burrows rewarded him with a leadership position. Now Talarico is running for Senate seat with that platform. Left of center Republicans elected via open primaries built his launchpad for him.

Hey, @POTUS: did you know that JAMES TALARICO was aided in his rise to the Democrat Senate nomination by the "Republican" Speaker of the Texas House, Dustin Burrows?? TALARICO was a core part of the DEMOCRAT coalition that helped elect Burrows as Speaker... Burrows then rewarded Talarico by putting him in House leadership, appointing him to TWO powerful Vice Chairmanships, and giving him more tax money for his operations. cc: @AlMeyer19 @SusieWiles @mbrasseaux11 @DanScavino @PressSec @NRSC @NRCC @RNCResearch @SenateGOP @HouseGOP @GOP @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @VP

🚨 TEXAS PRIMARY “PREVIEW”? DISAPPEARING VOTES RAISE NEW ALARMS 🚨 As new concerns emerge out of Texas, @realMikeLindell is warning that what’s being seen now could be a preview of what’s coming in the midterms. Newly reported irregularities during early voting - including votes appearing, disappearing, and even moving backwards - are something Lindell says should be impossible in a secure election system. The key lies in cast vote records, which track the exact order votes are counted. In a normal system, those numbers should only move forward - never in reverse. When they don’t, it raises serious questions and flags potential machine manipulation. Lindell says this isn’t just about one state - it’s about the broader system. From primaries to general elections, he warns that voting machines (not voters) could be deciding outcomes if safeguards aren’t put in place. That’s why he’s continuing to push for a nationwide shift to paper ballots and transparent, verifiable counting - especially before the next election cycle. With the stakes higher than ever, Lindell is urging Americans to stay engaged, demand answers, and support efforts to secure elections - which is one of the reasons why he is running for governor in Minnesota. 👉 Learn more here: MikeLindellGov.com The question now: will anything change before it’s too late? 👇
