Ive kept my mouth shut for 6 months but fuck it. If youre thinking about working at XION or applying or whatever just dont @burntbanksy talks about burning a banksy but the only thing burning here is my will to live. Dude preaches about "trust layer" meanwhile you cant trust him with anything. Takes credit for work the team did, ghosts slack for days then shows up demanding weekend updates. His weekend tweets? Thats coz he doesnt do shit throughout the week. Wanted to leave a glassdoor review but lol they'd have my email and other details and id be gone by lunch so fuck it im posting it here instead to spread the word coz I am gone anyways. I have changed the password so hopefully this stays up for longer. so im just gonna say it here before they delete this. Working here sucks. There's no creativity. No one cares or knows about anything. No management, nothing. Stay away.
