One of the best features of Rombo’s Tailwind plugin is that it respects user preferences for reduced motion by default. Transform-based animations like scale, translate, and rotate are disabled when prefers-reduced-motion: reduce is set, while subtle effects like opacity, blur, and color changes stay intact
