@WillGoulden The reason they are different is because there’s more passion and emotion involved from the consumer. A wrong decision could make a massive difference, if someone doesn’t like a phone they will just buy a different one.

I personally don’t think he has the footballing acumen to run the club, especially in the direction they want us to go. It seemed a temporary measure which they haven’t resolved and it’s somehow become permanent.
