@nickymarr @sgmaclennan1 @InvCourier @HighlandCouncil My experience as a teacher in HC, always felt 10 seconds from disaster. All the time! Reduced staffing, equipment, resources. Poorly maintained buildings. Lots of policies and protocols but very little practical (or emotional) support. And when things went wrong it was our fault!
