@niclmc @marksandspencer It’s called a joke. My mate scares the bag with hot water then pours a shed load of milk in. It’s a running joke that she doesn’t really like tea. Just the idea of it.

When are @marksandspencer going to invest in some larger milk jugs?! Need more than this for 1 cup never mind ration it across 4 😂🙈

@niclmc @marksandspencer Dead easy when you ask for a pot of hot water, say, “could I get two milks instead of one?” Thanks. Or just ask for a pot of tea, but for them to not put the bag in. Even on the electronic system you can choose extra milk.

The 2 staff were in there cleaning so we knocked on the door. They blatantly ignored us and refused to look at us as they must have known they'd locked up early!! If a store says closes at 10pm, then the door should only be locked at 10pm!! 😡

@CostaCoffee you need to have a word with your staff in the Manchester Oxford Road train station store. We turned up last night at 9.50pm and had a while to wait till our train, so we went to get a drink and they were closed. It said on the door it closes at 10pm.
