Our latest review of yoga in acute mental health settings found it feasible, acceptable, few adverse events, positive qualitative experiences and reductions in anxiety. Limitations include poor quality studies which shld follow standardised reporting. dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.mhpa…

Clozapine is the gold standard for TRS. In our latest review rechallenge post myocarditis was possible in 69% of published cases- successful cases used slow uptitration and more frequent monitoring. Prospective case registration needed in future. doi.org/10.1017/S10928…

Overall, while exercise can have comparable effects to antidepressants or therapy in cases of mild to moderate depression, it is misguided to suggest that exercise alone can resolve deeply complex mental health issues better than antidepressants or therapy. 12/12
