@DegenSoul I see it as we are moving to art we can officially say we own and can IP. I still love the originals and I’m personally going to miss using #0xApes as pfps so I hope they remain as aesthetically pleasing in #TRIBΞ. Either way I’m truly excited for what’s in store.

@SirLarryDarrell It’s just another form of entertainment. Yes it’s not terribly productive but neither is watching Netflix or listening to music. It also depends how much you’re doing it - bad for you if many hours a day, but you could say the same for TV.

I'm assuming that the metadata of the NFT would need to be updated, and it'd stay updated until the owner or a new owner wanted it changed.

In theory, someone could purchase an NFT and project-creators could let them customise the look of their NFT for use as an avatar on social media, right? E.g. project creators could let people choose between a full-body vs a head-and-shoulders view of their avatar, yeah?

Smart Contracts question... does anyone know if a smart contract could be rigged to split secondary sales 3 ways: marketplace, project creators, and a charity nominated by the project creators. This sort of thing technically possible? Would the marketplaces allow it?
