Looks like Karthus or Yuumi is getting a skin (exhaust randomly buffed after 3 years being unviable since its last nerf)

10.4 Patch preview with tentative changes:

@SeeKerZ_ She's possibly one of the only champs in the game where a buff would decrease her win rate, like Zyra used to be. I remember I had harder time playing Zyra after she got buffed because people learnt to play vs her.

@SeeKerZ_ I guess janna is in a bad spot, because riot relies on people learning meta counters themselves. Almost no one plays her but her win rate is "high" so they are afraid to buff even though that would show how hard she can get countered when she's in meta
