op saw this on threads and shared it on xhs - a fan injured her leg during tds4 encore the moment she entered the venue and ended up not being able to watch the concert that day. the injury needed her to do operation right away (which costed ~ 700k krw) and all the operation fees were covered by dreamies, a concert insurance called “dream with you” 🥹 for the first screenshot is the fan’s kkt with one of the staff, thanking her for being by her side the whole time and the staff replied her “it’s nct dream who paid (the bills)”. for the second screenshot (my guess is the chat between the fan’s and her friend) was op saying she didn’t pay any hospital bills and that they are covered by an insurance called “dream with you”. aww dreamies, how can you not love them 🥺🩵
