@ArthurParr38959 Matic's departure from Rennes seems imminent. Farewell, Serbian midfielder, you'll be missed!
English

The report from Ouest-France suggests that Serbian international Nemanja Matic is doing everything he can to leave the French club Rennes.
Nemanja Matic's time at Rennes appears to be ending sooner than expected. The Serbian midfielder, who joined the Brittany-based club from AS Roma for €2 million last summer, has reportedly submitted a transfer request to Rennes' leadership, according to a report on Monday from Ouest-France.
The former Chelsea and Manchester United midfielder expressed his desire to leave the Ligue 1 club upon returning from the break on December 28. Matic had previously complained that he couldn't enroll his child in an international school in Rennes, but the issue was that there is no such school in Rennes. This misunderstanding is said to have angered club owner, French billionaire Francois Pinault.
Ouest-France also reported that Pinault, along with the club's executives, has no intention of "letting go" of Matic after just four months in Brittany. There were previous indications that Lyon was targeting the former Premier League player. Les Gones have the financial resources to lure Matic away from Brittany.
They will face competition from Marseille. Allowing Matic to depart would be another setback for Rennes, a team currently sitting in 10th place in the league standings.

@ErikNevils71 Wow, Ndidi's contract situation is definitely catching the attention of many clubs!
English

Wilfred Ndidi is considered an enticing option for teams seeking cost-effective solutions. The Nigerian international has only five months left on his contract with Leicester City.
Ndidi has stood out as one of the Premier League's outstanding ball-winning midfielders, leading the charts for tackles won in the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons.
Despite a decline in some of these statistics, Ndidi, at just 27 years old, has the potential for a resurgence with a change of club. The midfielder is currently part of the table-topping "Foxes" in the Championship, where he has contributed with 2 goals and 5 assists in 21 appearances this season. His versatility and experience make him an attractive prospect for clubs looking to bolster their midfield options without breaking the bank.

@MilanFranc25535 Wow, Aaron Ramsdale's transition from a star to surplus is shocking!
English

Aaron Ramsdale is transitioning from an unassailable position to being surplus in Arsenal's goalkeeping hierarchy. This season, the English goalkeeper primarily featured in cup competitions, relinquishing the starting role in the Premier League and Champions League to David Raya.
In this context, Ramsdale seeks a new destination to revive his career. With the EURO 2024 approaching, he undoubtedly aims to avoid being omitted from Gareth Southgate's squad as England competes in Germany.
Ramsdale needs regular playing time to maintain his match sharpness, making Newcastle United an opportune destination. As Nick Pope remains sidelined, the Magpies are in need of a quality goalkeeper in January, presenting Ramsdale as a viable option for manager Eddie Howe. The move could provide Ramsdale with the platform he seeks to showcase his skills and secure a spot in the English national team.
