There are people more upset about a realistic portrayal of ICE on a TV show than there were about masked Federal Agents murdered Americans in the streets.

Of course MAGAs are now mad at HBO and threatening to boycott because, let me check my notes, the show "The Pitt" portrayed a very realistic scene of ICE Nazis kidnapping a patient in the ER and arresting a doctor saying the show demonized ICE agents 🙄

FOI request found Ford secretly met CEO of 7/11 in Texas as taxpayers paid $225M Beer Store penalty & lost $1.4B in LCBO profits that were used to fund schools & hospitals to corporations, such as, Loblaws, 7/11 & Circle K. Coincidently, March 2024, Harper joins Circle K Board.

For-profit detention centres need to be full. There’s no benefit in deporting people, but there’s a ton of money in keeping them inside a detention center.
