My request ID 4500205934 was raised on dec 18th for a dispute of my wifi and dth bill. now you have disconnected my connection!!! I will not be paying an incorrect bill. The extra charges are your fault not mine!!

@Airtel_Presence The previous dues of 1423.42 is incorrect, I should not have been charged separately for dth when I chose an all inclusive plan of wifi and dth which was for 899 + gst. On top of this you have levied a late payment fee for the same!!

My request ID U5TKPPT8F1 was raised on July 16th for a wifi and dth connection. Till date my dth has not been activated but my billing has started. What is this nonsense!! Your customer service has become dog shit!!
