Going thru the official written docs and not watching video tuts is the best way to learn a new programming lang. It’s painstakingly slow but worth it. Most video tuts does not teach the fundamentals as they should.

“No, my original statement was incorrect. Looking at the actual code… thanks for pushing back on that.” This is why you still have to review LLM-generated code. It can introduce subtle wrong behavior if you don’t. Even Claude Opus isn’t infallible.

a quick opus 4.5 vibecoding tip ask claude to make state machine diagrams of existing components this causes it to map out all paths (which, it will default to being lazy otherwise) but also helps you verify if it's doing things correctly at a systems level

Prediction: Gemini reaches Claude-level coding quality this year and undercuts it on price + limits. Google can run this as a Cloud acquisition play. Essentially, if you build with Gemini, you’re more likely to deploy on GCP (hosting, Firebase, etc) Not betting against Google.

I’ve been testing different AI-assisted coding tools and hit a usage limit in under 30 minutes (resets in 4 hours) with Claude Code. The $17/month plan is basically unusable for a decent-sized project, and the next tier jumps to $100/month. How is this pricing real 😂
