In case you were wondering, MixTape is some nepo-baby's pet project about a criminally delinquent girl named Stacey who abandons her friends because she's, apparently, really good at getting people to like playlists of popular music. She's traveling across the country to work with a DJ she's never met in the hopes that she'll be hired. She and her friends built their personalities on weed, intoxication, theft, and hating their parents - which wouldn't be so bad if these things weren't considered positive traits. Cassandra is the friend who has a character arc and that arc climaxes with her threatening to burn down the town if her father did give her even MORE freedom. This moment is treated as a major breakthrough and her father, who's crime was wanting Cassandra to not drink and smoke weed ALL day or hang out with two criminals, finally backs off. 10/10?

I've been thinking a lot about streaming over my break. I think I'm going to get back to basics the next year, pepper in more promotion on my streams or the streams I'm on. When I first came to CG this was a huge part of the streams. I used to do this a lot when we campaigned Starlight Cats on my channel and Rex 1. I don't feel like I'm doing that anymore, and its my responsibility to get back to it. In the sea of youtubers, what makes us different is instead of bitching about the culture war, we actually make a alternative. That's what makes us special, this is also why people envy us. If we are not offering an alternative, I dont see the point.
