Would you be okay doing that for months and years? Some of y’all probably get tired from a regular workday, so imagine living under that kind of pressure every single day. And then people say, “they chose this.” So because someone chose their dream, that means they no longer deserve rest, boundaries, or better treatment? That logic makes no sense. Choosing a dream should not mean signing away your health, your freedom, and your right to humane working conditions. Speaking up for that is not ownership.
