@TravelodgeUK booked a room 2months ago, check-in to find you’ve re-sold the room and we’ve got nowhere to sleep. Is it legal to take money twice for a service you can’t provide!
@TravelodgeUK Just arrived to check in at Bristol Mitchell Lane having already been in once today, to be told our room has been sold to someone else. The hotel is full!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!
@Protest_UK I’ve been waiting 8 weeks now for a refund for items I have returned. And because I’m in the U.K. I can’t raise an online dispute and you no longer answer the phone. I really liked the Protest products but this is the worst consumer experience I have ever had.

@BierCompany the advent calendar for my partner finally arrived but not in the best condition and 2 beers missing from doors 4&5. A great idea but maybe the design was a bit ambitious! On hold for customer service…
@KLM_UK will you ever release the money you are holding for a flight I have already paid for once? 3 phone calls, hours on hold and 2 emails providing evidence later and you still haven’t helped after almost 4 weeks. As a regular flyer with KLM I’m pretty disappointed
