@hilly_luke58919 Viagogo have a guarantee policy so why do promoters not just buy the viagogo tickets to get the seat details then cancel them? Viagogo would give money back to buyers, sellers would be refunded via their original payment method and then the tickets can be resold via ticketmaster.
