For real. The level of effort we have to expend for such a typical customer service request is actually insane. And in the end they can't even complete said request right the first two times I've come to them.

@BedBathBeyond I asked for a refund on an order I NEVER received (this is the second time I've put in this request now, first time I heard zip). Instead, the rep I was with just re-shipped a product that I no longer want. Is this typical? I just want my money back.
