I wanted to thank the Orange County Council of Governments (OCCOG) for inviting me to present NileBuilt and our approach to addressing the affordable housing shortage through private/public land agreements at their April Board of Directors Meeting in Irvine today.

Finally, the first offering for our Villas in various S. CA markets is being rolled out. We are excited to be part of the solution to bring affordable and sustainable homes to our state. Excellent event and turn out for our Building Sustainable Communities conference put on by Sustain S. CA. There is a tremendous sustainable initiative here in Orange County to keep our State beautiful and safe, that is making our work much easier. This is the first conference like this to include state and local officials, power utilities, insurance groups, and carbon reduction technology to discuss the States issues with a lack of affordable and sustainable housing. Now that the dialog has begun about the tough challenges we face, I look forward to the collaborations ahead. Thank you to the nearly 130 people who attended and participated in the discussion.
