Is it even worth to sleep now

Every time when I’m fasting every single time I ignore the weakness or the sore muscles because I shouldn’t be feeling weak after 40 hours when there are people doing 2 weeks fast

Its 4am and I’m still not sleeping

Im Not proud or anything this fast was supposed to be my longest fast but my cousin stressed me so I broke my fast it feels like I lost all my control every day of this holidays count I’m going to keep fasting tommorow till Sunday
